For direct container ordering
Q. What’s the minimum order?
A. At most of cases, the minimum order will be one 20′ container, we can also ship from our warehouse located in Memphis,TN, you could order by pallet from warehouse as per the stock availability
Q. How many products hold in a container?
A 20′ container will hold:
10 pallets of leaf springs
20 pallets of brakes assemblies or brake parts
20 pallets of hubs and drums
Q. Do you accept mix load?
A. yes, we do accept mix load, we could mix the container if the products manufactured by same factory, i.e. you could order 2-3 different leaf springs and mixed them by one container
Q. what’s the mix loading requirement?
A. Up to 4 sizes/skus of leaf springs
Up to 4 sizes/skus of brakes assmblies
Up to 3 sizes/skus of hub and drums
Up to 2 sizes/skus of ap kits
Up to 2 sizes/skus of wire connectors
Q. what’s your lead time for container direct order?
A. The lead time generally will be around 10 weeks
Q. What is the price term?
A. We will quote you DDP your warehouse price, we will handle all the ocean shipping and domestic truck shipping, we also handle the US Custom clearance, you will recieve your container order right at your warehouse. If order from warehouse, you could either choose pickup by yourself or let us find trucker to ship to you.
Q. What’s your Payment term?
We will offer Net 30 days, 1% 10 days based on credit approval.
Q. How to apply credit payment term?
A. you could download our Credit Check Form and sent back to us, we will notify you if the credit check is passed or not in 5 business days
Q. Do you offer warehouse shipping or pickup?
A. Yes, but It’s depend on our stock situation, we will post our stock on our website.

A. Generally, we sell and ship by pallets, the minimun order will be one pallet, unless our stock is less than one pallet
